I have a rich consulting experience which  includes being a main advisor on projects for corporate firms, non profits and government organisations. I review, analyse and provide advice on diversity and inclusion, worker wellbeing, talent management and choice architecture at the firm level. I am happy to give talks to groups on these topics. I also work on projects that advise policy makers on global talent and occupational choices. For example, for the EC I am working on a paper that considers whether culture at the occupational level stops females entering certain occupations. For the LPC I am working on a project which considers whether increasing the minimum wage changes the type of work available for low skilled workers.
